Publishing 'Coding Mastery': The Journey of Writing My First Technical Book

Announcing the release of my first book on coding mastery.

My First Book, Coding Mastery: Building Programming Languages

My first book, “Coding Mastery: Building Programming Languages,” has been available for about a month and a half.

A Technical Reference

This technical reference covers programming languages, interpretation, lexing, and parsing. It is written for people with programming experience and a basic understanding of C++.

Book Organization

The book has 15 chapters, beginning with computer communication and the history of programming languages. It covers grammar and functions, with examples and practical tasks at the end of each chapter.

External learning material

These links point to external learning material from Codepulse and tylerlaceby.

Personal Note

I also built my own programming language, Coda, during the process. You can check it out on GitHub.

The Journey

The process took around 3 attempts over a few years, and the last one took 4 months. The book is available as a paperback on Amazon.
